What you’ll find here..
The Adelphi Digital Platform is a supportive space created to help with the everyday parts of adult life - the practical stuff, the emotional stuff, and the things people don’t always explain clearly.
Adelphi is separate from your Local authority. Nothing here is about checking up on you, assessing you, or telling you what you should be doing.
The name Adelphi comes from a word meaning siblings. It reflects the idea of chosen family - having support alongside you, even when that hasn’t always been there.
This space was shaped by lived experience and conversations with young people, built on the belief that while our past make us who we are, it is not our whole story.
-
Help with housing, money, food, work, and life admin - explained clearly and without judgement.
This includes the kind of things people often assume you already know, but don’t always explain.
-
Guidance around wellbeing, relationships, boundaries, and emotional regulation, shaped by real experiences and designed to feel supportive, not clinical.
-
Straightforward information about your rights and entitlements, written in plain language so you can understand what support you’re entitled to and how to access it.
-
Adelphi keeps personal information to a minimum. We collect small amounts of anonymous usage data to understand what’s helpful and improve the platform - not to monitor or judge you.
-
Adelphi was created by people who are care-experienced themselves, and understand what it’s like to navigate adult life without consistent support.
It’s shaped by lived experience and ongoing conversations with young people, so the guidance here is practical, realistic, and grounded in real life.
