ABOUT MY WORK

My work sits at the intersection of people, practice and lived experience.

I work with organisations, professionals and care-experienced young people to navigate transition, growth and change - particularly where confidence, identity, or past experiences have shaped how people show up at work or in life.

Alongside my work through Adelphi, I also sit on the advisory board of a Community Interest Company focused on learning and development, contributing strategic insight around people-first practice, engagement, capability building and inclusive growth.

This work isn’t about performance theatre or inspirational soundbites. It’s about practical confidence, clarity, and moving forward in ways that feel achievable.

Adelphi’s professional services can sit separate or alongside usage of the platform, strengthening confidence, capability and connection across both organisational and individual work.

  • Knowing that no service or organisational requirements are the same, I work flexibly across consultancy, training, workshops, mentoring, speaking and project support.

    • understanding systems without being overwhelmed

    • preparing for independence, work, or change

    Workshops can be delivered independently or alongside existing support and are shaped to the needs, age, and context of each group.

    This work helps organisations:

    Mentoring focuses on confidence, communication, emotional understanding, and navigating progression at a realistic pace.

    (A dedicated mentoring programme for care-experienced girls is currently in development.)
