MEET BETHANEY
Founder of Adelphi, Bethaney Dixon brings together over a decade of professional experience across learning and development, quality assurance, organisational improvement and partnership development with the perspective of lived experience.
Today, she works with organisations through consultancy, speaking, training and lived experience expertise, helping strengthen people, practice and partnerships across the public, private and third sectors.
Alongside leading Adelphi, Bethaney is a Board Member of Corporate Jungle CIC and an Independent Fostering Panel Member across multiple fostering organisations.
