Adelphi exists to support care-experienced people, professionals and organisations through practical guidance, opportunities, initiatives, training, consultancy, partnerships and resources that help people navigate adulthood with greater confidence.

Where a user chooses to access a third-party service, any agreement, booking, purchase, contract or ongoing service relationship exists between the user and the relevant provider.
Adelphi acts as a facilitator, introducer, signposting partner or promotional partner unless expressly stated otherwise.
Whilst we undertake reasonable due diligence before entering partnerships, Adelphi cannot guarantee:
• Service availability
• Acceptance criteria
• Waiting times
• Provider availability
• Pricing or discounts
• Service quality or outcomes
• Continued operation of partner services
Third-party providers remain responsible for their own services, safeguarding arrangements, complaints procedures, policies and legal obligations.
Users should review the relevant provider's terms and policies before engaging with any external service.
Care Leaver Offers and Local Authority Support
Support available to care-experienced people varies across the UK.
Local authority Care Leaver Offers may include council tax exemptions, discounts, grants, setting-up-home support, transport assistance and other benefits.
Eligibility, availability and application processes are determined by the relevant local authority or provider.
Adelphi cannot guarantee eligibility, entitlement, approval or access to any local authority support scheme, discount, exemption or grant.
Users should contact their Personal Adviser, Leaving Care Team or local authority directly for information regarding local entitlements.
Professional Services
Adelphi may provide consultancy, training, workshops, facilitation, public speaking, panel participation, co-production support and other professional services.
Where professional services are commissioned, additional agreements, proposals, booking forms or contracts may apply.
Adelphi reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel services where necessary.
Merchandise and Apparel
Products sold through Adelphi Apparel are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to amend pricing, designs, specifications, product ranges and availability without notice.
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Professional Standards
Adelphi is committed to delivering services in a professional, ethical and responsible manner.
Where relevant to the services provided, Adelphi maintains appropriate business insurance and compliance measures.
The founder and any approved associates may hold professional qualifications, accredited training certifications, enhanced DBS checks and other relevant credentials appropriate to the services being delivered.
The existence of qualifications, certifications or checks does not constitute a guarantee of outcomes or create a professional-client relationship unless expressly agreed in writing.
User Conduct
Users must not:
• Use Adelphi services unlawfully
• Misrepresent their identity or eligibility
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or information
• Disrupt the operation of our website or services
• Reproduce or distribute content without permission
• Use Adelphi branding in a misleading or unauthorised manner
• Engage in behaviour that is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or harmful towards others
We reserve the right to restrict access where misuse occurs.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, all content published by Adelphi remains the intellectual property of Adelphi – Adulting, Together®.

Adelphi™, Drive 2 Thrive™, More Than A Label™ and other protected Adelphi initiatives, campaigns and branding remain the property of Adelphi unless otherwise stated.

Referral Relationships
Some Adelphi partnerships may generate referral income, commissions, sponsorship, commercial contributions or other benefits.
These arrangements help support Adelphi's mission and contribute towards maintaining and developing resources, initiatives and support.
Where such arrangements exist, they do not increase the cost paid by users unless expressly stated.
Partnership decisions are made based on alignment with Adelphi's values, intended impact and due diligence processes.
Limitation of Liability
