additional support
support directory
Finding the right support can feel confusing, especially when you’re already dealing with a lot. This directory brings together trusted organisations, services, and practical tools that are signposted across the Adelphi platform. It’s here so you don’t have to search the internet or remember names when you’re under pressure.
Some of the organisations listed may appear in more than one category. That’s intentional. Many types of support overlap, and the same service can be relevant to different parts of life, such as money, housing, wellbeing, work, or education.
Some services offer specialist or statutory support that Adelphi itself doesn’t provide. Others are everyday tools that can help with practical things like food, budgeting, or setting up home.
You don’t need to contact everyone listed here. Use this page as a reference, dip in when something feels relevant, and come back to it whenever you need. We’ll also link to these resources throughout Adelphi, so support is always close by, wherever you are on the platform.
Adelphi is about building confidence and skills for everyday adulting - and knowing when and where to ask for extra help is part of that too.
For organisations and professionals
While this page is written primarily for young people, it can also be used by organisations, carers and professionals alongside your existing work. The directory offers a clear, trusted reference point to support conversations, signposting and next steps, without replacing statutory or specialist services.
Adelphi is designed to sit alongside what already exists, supporting everyday independence, confidence and practical decision-making, while signposting to the right external support when it’s needed.
If you’d like to learn more about how the Adelphi platform can be used within your service or shared with the young people you support, you’re welcome to get in touch.
