WELLBEING WITH ASHLEY:

Looking After Yourself Along the Way.

Practical support can make a real difference, but so can taking time to look after yourself.

At Adelphi, we're passionate about helping to remove barriers to independence through practical support, trusted partnerships and accessible opportunities. We also recognise that wellbeing is an important part of the journey.

While life doesn't always follow a straight line, having the tools to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself can make all the difference.

That's why we've partnered with Ashley Edelman, an accredited Breathwork Facilitator, specialist in nervous system regulation, and creator of Consciously Ash, to bring guided wellbeing resources to the Adelphi Digital Platform.

At Adelphi, we carefully choose the people and organisations we work with, ensuring the support we share reflects our values and our commitment to making trusted support more accessible.

Whether you're navigating change, managing everyday pressures or simply looking to build healthier habits, these resources are available whenever you need them.

Because adulting isn't just about managing life's practical challenges - it's also about giving yourself the time, space and permission to look after yourself along the way.

WHO IS ASHLEY?

Ashley Edelman is an certified Breathwork Facilitator, specialist in nervous system regulation and creator of Consciously Ash, a personal wellbeing platform focused on breathwork, mindfulness and self-mastery.

Before dedicating his career to wellbeing, Ashley was a world-winning bodybuilder and an international performer. Like many people, his own journey has been far from linear. Through his personal experiences, he discovered the positive impact that breathwork, mindfulness and intentional self-care can have on mental and emotional wellbeing. Those experiences became the foundation of his work and inspired him to help others reconnect with themselves, embrace life's journey and build healthier, more sustainable habits.

Today, Ashley is based in Thailand and works with individuals, communities and organisations, making wellbeing practical, accessible and achievable. His calm, down-to-earth approach makes these resources suitable whether you're completely new to breathwork or already have an established wellbeing routine.

WHY WE’VE INCLUDED THESE RESOURCES

Adelphi exists to educate, empower and make adulting feel a little less overwhelming.

While practical support, trusted partnerships and opportunities can help remove barriers to independence, they're only one part of the picture.

Looking after your wellbeing matters too.

Creating space to slow down, regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself can have a positive impact on confidence, resilience and the way we respond to life's challenges.

By bringing Ashley’s guided wellbeing resources into the Adelphi platform, we're making it easier to access trusted wellbeing support alongside the wider range of initiatives, guidance and opportunities already available through Adelphi.

Because sometimes, the most important thing you can do is give yourself permission to pause.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?

The Wellbeing with Ashley section of the Adelphi Digital Platform provides access to a growing collection of guided wellbeing resources, designed to help you reconnect with yourself, regulate your nervous system and build healthier everyday habits.

WHERE CAN I ACCESS IT?

All Wellbeing with Ashley resources are available as part of the Adelphi Digital Platform.

Simply sign up (or log in to) your Adelphi account, and head to the Health & Wellbeing Category to explore the collection at your own pace, alongside our practical guides, initiatives, trusted partnerships and opportunities.

Because while practical support helps us move forward, taking care of ourselves helps us enjoy the journey too.

A Note About These Resources

Ashley’s wellbeing content is authentic, conversational and rooted in his own experiences.

Some sessions may include occasional strong language, as well as Ashley’s personal reflections on topics such as resilience, purpose and the belief that life doesn't always follow a linear path. These perspectives are shared to encourage self-reflection and personal growth, and may resonate differently with different people.

We encourage you to explore the resources with an open mind and simply take what feels helpful for you.

While these resources can become a valuable part of your wellbeing toolkit, they are intended to complement - not replace - professional medical, mental health or crisis support where this is needed.
