Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Orders may be produced and shipped from international fulfilment facilities depending on product availability.
Please ensure you check the size guide carefully before ordering, as all items are produced to order and cannot be changed once production has begun.

Production begins automatically, so amendments cannot be guaranteed once an order is placed. This does not affect your cancellation rights.
Changing your mind or ordering the wrong size
For UK consumer orders of standard, non-personalised clothing, you can cancel before delivery or within 14 calendar days starting the day after delivery. If items from one order arrive separately, this period starts after the last item arrives.
To cancel, email hello@adelphi-app.co.uk, ideally including your order number. We’ll provide return instructions. Please send items back within 14 days of notifying us.
You are responsible for return postage when changing your mind or returning a size you selected incorrectly.
You may try clothing on to check the fit. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If your order has not been dispatched, we’ll refund you within 14 days of cancellation.
When you cancel your whole order, we also refund the original standard delivery charge. Any additional cost for premium delivery is not refunded.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Please email hello@adelphi-app.co.uk promptly, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos where possible. This request does not limit your legal rights.
We’ll arrange a refund, replacement or repair as required by your consumer rights and cover reasonable return costs.
Minor variations in colour, wash or print placement can occur. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or does not match its description.
